Throughout the year we hold several events so we can share the joy and beauty of classical music with our community and to support young Bay Area musicians

Our in-home concerts take place in the Almaden Valley home of Dan and Irina Morgan, founders of the SJIPC, and feature top prizewinners from past SJIPC competitions, local professors, and prestigious concert pianists including medalists from the Van Cliburn and other international piano competitions. The concerts provide a relaxed and intimate setting with a spectacular Steinway B piano. Wine and hors d'oeuvres are served before each performance.

Student Recitals take place throughout the year that allow piano teachers to showcase their students.  The Student Recitals are especially valuable for young musicians as there are few opportunities to perform on stage.  The recitals take place at DeAnza college and are free of charge and open to the public.  Friends and family members are encouraged to attend Student Recitals providing support and encouragement.

to have the San Jose International Piano Competition right here in the Bay Area.  An organization of the highest caliber, this annual event showcases some of the world's most talented young pianists.
